Your safety and the safety of the Options Team is of upmost importance to us.


In preparation of re-opening and welcoming all our amazing clients back, we have worked extremely hard preparing the salon to always ensure that you feel safe and protected but still you get to experience our usual level of comfort and hospitality.

We have introduced zoned areas around the salon to reduce traffic flow and ask all clients to be guided by the floor markers. All stylists now have 2 allocated stations that only they work in which are deep cleaned between each client. It also enables us to respect the 2metre distance between the stylist working next them. All equipment will be sanitised after every service. All the team will be always wearing both masks & visors.

Below are extra health and safety measures that we are taking based on the Government COVID 19 guidelines.

  • We will ask you to wait outside the salon until your stylist is ready to invite you in.

  • On entering the salon, we will greet you without close contact (no handshakes, hugs etc)

  • You will be asked to sanitise your hands using the contactless sanitising machine located by the front door.

  • We are taking care of all your PPE needs during your visit. You will be presented with a sanitised box containing a clean fresh mask (we ask that you only wear our mask during your visit) along with disposable towels and gowns.

  • We have removed all paper-based reading material, however, please ask a member of our team for details of our on-line alternative.

  • Our Front of House team will retrieve any retail products that you wish to purchase thus avoiding multiple handling.

  • Please pay by card (preferably contactless) where possible instead of cash.

We cannot offer any services to anyone that should be self-isolating. You should self-isolate if:

  • You are waiting for the results of a test for coronavirus.

  • You have tested positive for COVID 19.

  • You have any symptoms of coronavirus.

NB Please refer to current Government guidance for all the obvious and nonobvious symptoms.

If any of the symptoms listed apply to you, we are sorry, but we cannot allow you to come into the salon until you are clear of symptoms and have received a government backed negative COVID-19 test.

All the above has been put in place to protect you and the Options team.
